Pro is $23 a month billed annually, or $29 monthly. Team is $79 billed annually, or $99 monthly. Per-event limits — 250 properties, 32 KB, 100 events per batch — are the same on every plan and are described on the event tracking page.
How AI tokens work
Every question you ask the agent spends tokens from a monthly pool. Nothing else touches it — browsing dashboards, running funnels and opening reports are free.

tokens. A metric lookup such as “how many signups yesterday?” sits near 200; a funnel with a segment split and a comparison period sits near 800.
One month on Pro2M
tokens included, shared across every member of the workspace. The pool resets on your billing date and does not roll over.

What counts as an event?
Anything we store: your own track() calls plus whatever autocapture generates. Identify calls, user property updates, API reads and dashboard queries are all free. Events rejected as malformed are never billed.
What happens if I go over my plan?
On Pro and Team nothing breaks. We keep ingesting, bill the extra at $3 per additional million events at the end of the month, and email you at 80% and 100% of the included volume so it is never a surprise. On Free, storage pauses at 1M events for the rest of the billing period and resumes at the start of the next one.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, in either direction, from workspace settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
Is there a startup discount?
Yes. Pre-seed and seed companies under two years old get 50% off Pro or Team for the first twelve months. Email sales@alitycs.com with a link to your company and we will apply it to your workspace.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every paid plan has unlimited members. Free is capped at three because that is the size it is designed for. Invite support, design, and the founder who checks one number a week — the bill does not move.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace drops to Free at the end of the billing period and stays readable. Data outside the Free 30-day window is kept for a further 30 days so you can export it, then deleted. Delete the workspace outright and everything goes within 30 days. The DPA sets out the specifics.
Can I be invoiced annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% and can be paid by card on Pro and Team. Team and Enterprise can also be invoiced against a purchase order on net-30 terms — contact sales and we will send the paperwork.
Can I buy more AI tokens?
Yes. Token packs are $10 per million, bought from workspace settings, and they are only drawn on after your monthly pool runs out. Packs do not expire, so an unusually curious month does not go to waste.
