What data can I send?
Any event your product emits, with up to 250 properties on each one — strings, numbers, booleans, timestamps and one level of nested objects. The web, iOS, Android and server SDKs cover most cases; anything else can post JSON straight to the HTTP API. Start with the event tracking guide.
Do I need a data team?
No. Alitycs is built for the case where nobody owns analytics full time. Funnels take three clicks, reports are saved views, and anything you cannot find in the interface you can simply ask. If you do have a data team, the REST API and exports stay open to them.
How fast is ingestion?
Events are queryable within a few seconds of arriving, and the live stream is typically under two seconds behind your app. That is fast enough to verify a new event while the deploy is still rolling out.
Can I export my data?
Always. CSV export is on every plan including Free, JSON from Pro, and scheduled S3 delivery on Team and Enterprise. The REST API covers everything else. There is no export fee.
What about GDPR and data regions?
Team and Enterprise workspaces choose EU or US residency; Free and Pro run in the US. We act as your processor, sign a DPA, and support deletion by user id through the API. The details are on the security page and in the privacy policy.
How does pricing work?
Two meters: events ingested per month, and AI tokens spent asking questions. Everything else — members, funnels, reports, dashboards — is unmetered. Free covers 1M events and 50K tokens a month; Pro is $23 a month billed annually for 10M events and 2M tokens. See the full comparison.
